Q. How does the process work?
A. Firstly complete our Online Request Form or Contact Us and we will arrange a free no obligation chat to discuss your requirements and website design needs. We will then agree a cost for your website design. After this we will design your home page for free, still with no obligation to buy. If you like our website designers work we will ask you for a deposit. After which we will then complete your website design, only finishing when you are completely satisfied with the design.

 

 

Q. How long does it take?
A. This depends on what you require. As a guide we work on producing one page a day. If you require your website quickly our website designers can work to meet your deadlines.

 

 

Q. How much will it cost?
A. Our prices are individually calculated from the specification and requirements of each website design. Please Contact Us and we can discuss your design cost with you.

 

 

Q. Do we need to meet up?
A. No. If you wish to meet with one of our website designers we will arrange this but generally all communication can be done with your dedicated website designer over the telephone and through email.

 

 

Q. Can you design my logo?
A. Yes. We can offer logo design as part of your website design package.

 

 

Q. Can you write my text?
A. Yes. If you need the text written for you we can provide this as part of your website design package.

 

 

Q. What photographs can I use?
A. Any you wish. You can either use photography from our large stock catalogues or have one of our professional photographers visit you for a highly professional and personalised feel to your site. We can also use any photographs or graphics you have yourself.

 

 

Q. I don't think I can afford a website. Is there anything you can do?
A. Yes. We can offer you a "rent-a-website" service. Please Contact Us for further information.

 

 

Q. Can you host my website?
A. Yes. We offer a quality hosting package. This is available to customers wishing to buy a website design or redesign package from us or as a stand alone package for customers with existing websites.

 

 

Q. Can you redesign my current web site?
A. Yes. We offer all our website design packages and products to customers with existing websites. Please complete our Online Request Form stating you current website address or Contact Us for further details.

 

 

Q. Is there a limit on the number of email accounts I can have?
A. No. We offer you unlimited email accounts with all our website design packages.

 

 

Q. I don't know anything about databases. Is this OK?
A. Yes. Our "Running Rock User Control" is developed system gives you a simple interface between you and your database allowing you to do update and manage your database quickly and easily.
